I've never understand how you can win and be in the wrong. If you were wrong, then what caused you to win? Clearly you must have done something right or the other guy something wrong. Either way, you can't lose without having fucked up at some point and you can't win without having at least something going for you the other guy didn't have. Even if you have every disadvantage and win through pure dumb luck, then you still have dumb luck. To argue winning doesn't necessarily mean you should win is straight up pseudo science that runs contrary to the laws of cause-and-effect.

You should be asking, if you *can* do any of that, then is society working as it should? And even then, if society is broken, why am I not planning for it? Why am I sitting by and not arming myself or living in a neighborhood where this is possible? Think of the infinite list of lazy little decisions that need to lead to that moment for it to happen.

So yes, if you rape and kill someone, they deserve it, obviously. If they didn't then why did it happen? Think of everyone that escapes a rapist or never has to deal with it because their country doesn't have immigrants. To say "you don't deserve it" it to argue a country with strong law enforcement and strong immigration laws isn't doing anything 'right' so much as has a difference in opinion. It's not an opinion you stupid nigger, if it happens, then it is warranted. It speaks volumes of the victim and then society that fostered them.
