Allies are not friends retard. Allies can even be enemies(see WWII, America/Soviet Union/etc). An ally is just someone with a common enemy. Thus both China and Russia are allies and enemies. China wants to destroy Russia and seize back the land Russia stole from it(see Sino-Soviet split, Sino-Soviet War, etc), but America is the greater danger at the moment.
But if America ceased to exist, China and Russia would be right back at each other's throats. That's just how the Grand Chessboard is played my nigger.
