You have to add together the provincial and the federal and figure out what it'll actually come to but for example this year I am paying about 50% tax because I inherited some taxable income, so now anything I make per hour is cut in half until january 1 .
Tax starts at 20% or something and goes up from there, so you're paying about 30% at a normal job. 20% on a 15 per hour job is still 3 bucks, so 12 not 15. and then once you pass the income threshold it goes up to 30% or whatever for the next bit.
In any other business you calculate expenses first, then pay taxes based on what you have left. If I'm giving them 50% and then paying the expenses out of my 50% thats left, then they are earning more than I am.

I own my own home in alberta, you can have your own bathroom but you must be unvaccinated to stay inside the house.
Bonus points if you want to have 10 kids on an acreage with me.

Getting paid an hourly wage is bitch in general, goal is to pay OTHERS a wage and runs the company. You get paid by contractors and use that to make wages for others. If you are being paid a wage, its like an allowance from the man who is doing the actual business deals.
>Thanks for helpin out, sport, go get a sodi-pop or something, I have to negotiate the next contract and btw you're laid off.

idk man I've been pretty motivated and stifled this whole time, kind of bursting with energy finally about to do something. I had a band before this but it died when my bandmates gov vaxxed and I almost went homeless. Once I find the right thing I can send it with 110% energy but finding a non-zogged goal is the first step.
