Upper management loves it because you're replacing employees with people who do the same job but for 40% less because these people are desperate for any opportunity due to having next to none in their home country.
There's a reason why every country is in a mad dash to hire as many Indians as possible, and it's not because they're high class talent. it's because they're so fucking cheap and desperate making them excellent wagies even if their efficacy is shit.
