Seriously though there’s nothing like being up in the clouds. And it’s all highly procedural, just follow the checklist(also, have a really good checklist). One can get their PPL for only a couple hundred dollars at a time, or lay down a few thousand to cover the first 20hrs or so. Or several thousand to cover it all. Then join a flying club- time as co-pilot still counts towards quite a bit.

Leonhard Euler said that the air is a fluid but nobody ever talks about it.. i bet your "air"planes would work a lot better if you called them "fluid"planes and not "aero"planes or just plain "air" planes because that's not what they are.. if you want to fly faster you need to think about the problem in terms of fluid dynamics, compression, rarefication, viscosity, etc.. and not necessarily more powerful engines
