If nobody enforces it, it doesn't get enforced. The Constitution does no good to disarmed slaves, and make no mistake, just because you are allowed to own a gun doesn't make you armed. If showing it in public is a crime, if any cop can demand you relinquish it to their custody while they check to see if you have a "permit." You're not armed.

Openly registrering leads to situations in which you prevent them from socially interaction which can lead to the same situation. The problem is that there is a shortage of psychologist (not aure if globally). A solutions can be giving authority to practitioner assistents but the judge must give it high penalties for missteps from there. If you can enhance it than there must be a way to suppress it as well.

All this kind of open registries are worse also for fraud, discharged liscense for doctors, other penalties, are typical for American retards only

In fairness, the bill of rights was only supposed to protect you from the feds, not your state; that was reliant on the people of each state to keep their own state legislators in line and ensure their state constitutions served them. That said, since the feds made the bill of rights apply to states when they wanted to legitimise their own overreaches, it makes shit like permit even more unconstitutional (which is supposedly the argument the current SCOTUS used when they established that states cannot require carry-permits).

The registry is a good idea in general, because it gives people a backup in case the government fucks up, which they will. Intentionally or unintentionally.
But the registry is also useless because of how many things can land you on it. It should only be for those that abuse actual children, sub 12. If you want something for 12+ then create a new category.
There should also be registries for other felonies too. So you can know the nigger neighbor is a repeat offender.

If an individual is deemed too dangerous to let loose, that individual can be deemed mentally defective by the courts. This process can permanently institutionalize the threat. Letting dangerous people out leads to restrictions on released people. Those restrictions inevitably fall on non criminals, look at gun restrictions. Registration of any type of criminal after release shows the government is deliberately not fulfilling their role.

Judges and DAs mostly use the SA registry as a scare tactic to get normal people to accept a plea rather than fight and risk losing and ending up on the registry. It's used punitively the vast majority od the time rather than as any sort of protection for women/children.
A coworker of mine was at a hotel and got drunk and pissed in the lobby fountain and got arrested. Yeah a stupid thing to do but there was nothing sexual about it and they threatened to put him on the sex offender list if he took it to court. There are cases of people naked in their own homes but they left a window uncovered and they were charged as sex offenders. Tbh I would give most people a chance to at least explain if I found out they were on the SA list. But the bill of rights puts limits on what states can do with that organized militia during peacetime. The bill of rights affects what laws the state can enforce.
