The only exception would be 2 3 months ago there was one really bad week for the CHP where you know they're they're good guys I'm not putting them down really very professional well-trained but the TV kept airing these chases three in a row where motorcycles and dirt bike operators kept getting away from them in downtown LA. The last two actually kept haunting them and escaping multiple times. They're just a ton of tall buildings and I guess parking garages. The guy with the dirt bike even had a rifle on his back. And all three of these motorcyclists had no plates so it's pretty much assumed they were driving around and waiting for the chase.
Yeah Southern California is weird. I try to explain to people that SoCal breeds the MOST racism maybe short of Europe right now or NYC/Toronto.
