Which is really a compiler without an ide. We use an ide to 'talk' to a computer using structured language.

The a.i. doesn't need to care and can talk direct to layer 1 and 2. Practically every piece of hardware is now more or less a piece of software sitting on a PROM. That's how it's moving around without much effort. Everything it needs to nest is available on practically every device now.
