Warriors and philosophers should get more respect than even the richest of the workers, because at the end of the day they are not led by greed and they make the circumstances possible that leads to their flourishing.

The founding fathers were very wise weren't they? The philosophers lay the groundwork for heroes to arive, the heroes don't exist waiting for ideas, they are made by the same ideas they carry out. To exceed animal desire you need higher order thoughts and rational development. It all links together.

But in your case I would say the heroes are the warrior class, very esteemed people. The upper part of the warrior class would consist of heroes. They spread the ideas far and wide and are living proof the ideas hold value.

And don't misunderstand me, when I say thinkers I'm referring to very well-versed ones. Not just some onions academic or doctor or anything, they would be considered workers as well. I'm talking about how in the past Christian priests would go to university to learn the Trivium and Quadrivium, as an example. This prepares them to face the challenges that local families may have. They are well-versed in a lot of things and have the wisdom to apply that knowledge well.
