Can't work for your boss? Get into a capsule and die so you don't burden the healthcare system.
The Canadian government has already euthanized 90,000 citizens as part of its “death assistance” program.

Do Canadians really think this is normal?

Maybe Bezo's should open some death warehouses in north Canindia, they could just throw the body out on the permafrost for the indiginiggers to feed their pet wolves, killing two Canindians with one pod.

https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/medical-assistance-dying.html

Free healthcare the Canadian way.

And they're expanding it:

They are expanding it to mature minors which is preteens and teens who meet a rather nebulous standard
They are also expanding it to people with mental disorders wherein end of life is not immediately foreseeable
And they are expanding it to allow parents to request MAID on behalf of kids due to disorders (which it seems very nebulous on which ones so far and may be even motivated by Financials)

They are using most commonly:

Propofal 1000 mg
Midazolam 10 mg
Rocuronium 200 mg
Or subbing the above with cisatracurium 40 mg

The rule of thumb is:

1 anesthetic (Propofal or phenobarbital)
1 anxiolytic (Midazolam)
1 analgesia (lidocaine or magnesium sulfate)
1 cardiotoxic (bupivacaine or Potassium chloride)

Then there is this:

https://archive.is/6h0RJ
>TL;DR
>Canada performs Half of all the world's global organ transplants after MAID
>“I was rather proud that Canada has done so well in terms of organ donation by MAID patients,” said Arthur Schafer, director of the Centre for Professional and Applied Ethics at the University of Manitoba, in an interview with CTV News.
>“So I say, 'Good on us.' It’s a wonderful opportunity for someone facing death to make something significant out of the end of their life,” said Schafer.

Which means the process is:

>put on show for loved ones
>MAID procedure
>doc pronounces death
>wheel the patient into another room and jam in life support
>start cutting

One thing I find interesting is a lot of these MAID supporters are anti-death sentence. So it seems more like they would prefer the administration of death to be in their hands as opposed to the judge/jury.

John Scully is an 81-year-old retired journalist. After a 35-year struggle with severe depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation and post-traumatic stress disorder, Scully is waiting to ask for medical assistance in dying or MAiD.
In March 2023, Canada’s MAiD law was going to allow people whose sole underlying medical condition was mental illness to be eligible for an assisted death. But recently the federal government announced they’re seeking an extension before bringing the new law into effect.
Outspoken MAiD provider Dr. Ellen Wiebe wants to help patients like John Scully.
"Mental illness and physical illness both can cause unbearable suffering," says Dr. Wiebe, who’s already provided MAiD to over 400 people with physical illnesses.

>bitch is keeping a tally
Dr. Wiebe says that more than 1,700 Canadian doctors and nurse practitioners now have six years of practice in assessing suffering patients with physical illnesses.
When assessing someone with a mental illness, she feels the questions are the same.
"Do they understand their disease? Do they understand the prognosis? Do they understand their choices?”
Although MAiD accessor Dr. Ellen Wiebe says there are weaknesses in the mental health system and wait times are too long, it doesn’t mean patients shouldn’t necessarily be eligible for assisted death.
"Would I like there to be better mental health treatments in this country? Yes, of course. But if delays in care cause irremediable pain, it is still suffering."

But Dr. Wiebe argues the new rule acknowledges the plight of those suffering from intolerable mental illnesses.
"If you are suffering unbearably, you've got the right to say, 'I've had enough' and you'll go through a process with safeguards,'' says Dr. Wiebe.

Lol you wouldn't bother at that age with menopause just around the corner anyway. She obviously did it as a subconscious cope as she felt her eggs dwindling and wanted to delude herself that she's going to die alone and childless by choice.

>One thing I find interesting is a lot of these MAID supporters are anti-death sentence. So it seems more like they would prefer the administration of death to be in their hands as opposed to the judge/jury.

This is because they are atheist, and thus amoral. Or rather, they can make up their own morals. And with how fucking stupid and retarded the public is, it will become a shitshow.

Atheists slauthered more people, in the most inhumane ways last century than religious people had for several millennia.

Having a completely individualistic moral framework is the recipe for disaster. Every bad human trait can be made good.

Atheists are, by evidence the most bloodlusted, evil and selfish people. And, as you say, very strange to condone killing babies, sick, elderly, lonely etc, but they refuse to kill the worst of the worst criminals.

When they die, they will scream in anguish, as they are faced with their consequence. Therefore, it is best to pray for them. Because only God can redeem them.

>a lot of MAID-supporters are anti-death sentence
Because they've been trained to think killing is evil.
Sometimes it's the most righteous and correct thing to do.
Morality isn't absolute or abstract, it's a vibe and very volatile. Subject to circumstances, not a commander of circumstances.
But fundamentally, a coping mechanism to resolve emotional turmoil, and not a hardwired rule of nature, because when something's right or wrong to do changes all the fucking time.
Oh, and when you add the mystique of "but he's a guy" and "but she's a girl", further layers of abstraction muddy the water even more.

Besides all that, assisted suicide was never popular, yet now all of a sudden "it is"? And there are so many supporters of it? I don't buy it.
People are hypocrite enough to not warrant fabrication, but nobody's positive about this except the people with a death wish they're too craven to fulfill on their own.
