He reports that he saw trash everywhere and that there was a foul smell in the air. He even booked a hotel next to a pharmacy in case he got sick from the food, and described the place as dirty and run-down. Ive traveled in Africa and Egypt is divided between poor and allright. South Africa is even more divided however even many white areas of the 80's slowly turning into garbage but I like to travel. India has too many people and is not yet developed. Eventually it will start moving in the direction China did and become an economic powerhouse. I don't know if that will result in the culture changing and lead to Indians cleaning up their streets and taking care of each other, but it should. Basically India still needs time and I don't think they should be exporting their civilians all over the world until they can fix some of these very basic problems.
