>Krakow was a prominent german Hanse city build according to german townlaw
It was a POLISH Hanseatic city, it was literally the capital of the Kingdom of Poland, mostly inhabited by POLES/Slavs. Germans never became the majority in Kraków, never ever, at most Germs counted up to 30%, but that was for a short time before they rebelled, and the Polish king decided to kick out a lot of them after a rebellion in the Middle Ages.
So what, it became part of the Hanse trading league, but it doesn't mean it automatically became a "German" city, NO, it still was a POLISH city, literally part of POLAND, only within a trading union of other cities throughout Europe.
>build according to german townlaw
Yes, GIVEN BY THE POLISH Duke Bolesław V the Chaste. It were Polish dukes and kings that gave Magdeburg Law to Polish towns/cities, but that didn't make them German. Magdeburg Law was just a document and set of rules which Polish rulers adopted for organizing their own cities, it became popular throughout Europe. Similarly, the English language became popular today, but it doesn't mean just because almost the whole world speaks English today, that everyone is an Englishman.
