Keep hanging on. Pray and talk to God daily and just ask Him to help you pull through for as long as needed and give you the strength to do so.
Even if you don't "feel" like He's there, He is. God's nearness to you isn't based on fleeting feelings or anything like that. He promised He would be always there for us, even when it doesn't feel like it, and you can be sure of that being the truth since if anything God's unable to do, that is He cannot lie at all, so everything He says is the truth and truth alone.
You're going to have hardships in life at some point whether you want it or not, maybe more than others in some way, but remember that this will all be over with at one point, and everything you had to go through and suffer in life, whether physical or emotional pain and whatnot, all the hurt will be taken away by God and you will be rewarded by Him for staying faithful and continuing to believe in and confide in Him, even when the times got rough.
Your problems here on Earth are real and they do exist, but you need to remember they are only temporary, and once God deems it that you have reached the end up His mission that He planned for you down here on Earth, you will go home to Him, and He will reward you for all that you have done and had to go through and suffer while down here. And when that happens, all this hurt and pain that you are so fixed on right now will not even register in your head anymore, as you'll be completely ridden of it, and all the few years you'd have spent down here on Earth will feel like nothing but a speck of dust or distant and vague memory when compared to the vast expanse of infinity and eternal life that God has prepared for you beyond death.
Even if you do feel like throwing it all away, just talk it out with God first and tell Him about how everything makes you feel. He understands and wants to help you out through it. Do not kill yourself, for your time and mission that He prepared for you is not over yet.
