Look into Tinnitus Notched Therapy or look on youtube for videos of different frequencies, whichever one works for you is going to be different for everyone mine sits at like 12.5k in one ear and like 10k on the other. If you're like me and the major issue with your tinnitus is when going to sleep-you can get yourself a bluetooth sleep mask with speakers, or simply some earbuds and play the sound during your sleep at a low volume. I have a feeling this is what life was like before the internet but at a faster rate with fewer distractions and diversions.
