There's no Biblical support for Jesus supporting modern day Jews.
Jesus drew a clear line between those who believed he was the Son of God and those who would not.
Those who did not listen to him or believe him or understand him he clearly labelled children of the devil.
Those who did listen to him, believed him, and understood him he said were heirs to the covenant with Abraham.
He meticulously explained the covenant was not based on genetics but faith and stated plainly that if you had faith like Abraham you'd love him.
