The South is easily explainable, because its always been 30%+ black since the dawn of American history.

For the first, the English had a bizarre societal structure where very, very few owned land, and land ownership was absolutely pivotal. So they migrated to the US en masse, like no other European nation did.
Later they would also embrace immigration from other countries, too, which expanded the settler population of the modern day US

For the latter, non-whites have always been a major demographic part of the US. Slaves and natives each made up roughly a third of the population during much of the colonial period. And while white supremacy was in vogue in the early 20th century, America still reformed immigration to allow people from Latin America and Asia (later Africa, too) to come here. At the same time Europe was stabilizing economically, meaning most of the immigrants received over the 20th century were from 'non white' parts of the globe

The US can’t remain world hegemon if the US population is majority goblino since goblinos have low IQ. There will be a crisis of competence as the US goblino population increases resulting in Thucydides Trap occurring.
There are two scenarios.
1. Thucydides Trap occurs and the USA is forced to wage a nuclear war against BRICS to keep it’s hegemony, this results in retaliatory nuclear strikes on the USA which destroys the cities where most goblinos in the USA live. In the event of a nuclear war the USA will nuke countries like Brazil and Mexico that aren’t even actively involved in the conflict as a contingency measure to make sure they don’t rise up in the power vacuum after the war.
2. Thucydides Trap occurs and the USA doesn’t wage a nuclear war. The USA loses its hegemony and USD is no longer the world reserve currency. The only thing keeping a heterogeneous society together is the currency. Economic collapse occurs which leads to civil war and balkanization. Water going to the American Southwest and northern Mexico is cut off during the civil war or after balkanization. Hominids can survive only three days without water.
