Calling the women's wrestling show "Evolution" suggests that the future is a move away from wrestling as a male dominated industry, both in terms of the talent and target audience, and the current core audience just has to accept that nothing is ever made for them anymore, even if they're the natural customer. This is what legitimate society-wide exclusion looks like. It's extremely hateful and ugly. Only the creepy beta male feminist audience really shows up for it (the landwhales just post on social media), and as the entertainment industry has been learning the hard way, that's not a large enough audience to sustain a major industry.
Package and build it as a girly show for anyone who likes girly shows rather than part of a replacement project and it'd probably do better. Think Stardom. There was a time when Trish Stratus got the second loudest pop of the night with normie audiences in an era where Austin, Rock, Undertaker, etc. were active. Having a successful all-female PPV once or twice per year can be done.
