Micro wrestling federation has an insane touring schedule I don’t think they’d be putting on that many shows if they were losing money. I would go as far to say they are in the top 5 wrestling promotions in terms of profitability

Yep, Top 5 might broad, outside of WWE, and maybe CMLL and an even bigger maybe for New Japan, I don't think any other promotion makes money.

Somewhat popular in Mexico.
One of the best matches I've seen in a few years was a midget match from an old episode of WWF Wrestling Challenge, but not really very over on American TV (see the Juniors division on Smackdown).
That Micro Wrestling Fed actually draws big numbers on TikTok and stuff, I would not be surprised if they have more average engagement than AEW, definitely more than TNA or anything lesser. They always sell out shows and got a reality TV show out of it. They're over with me and probably the only wrestling show i'd attend if I could, looks like much more fun than my local indie.
In conclusion no i don't think a midget division would draw as a general rule but I think somebody could make it work. The Micro Wrestling federation probably only works in it's current form, if let's say WWE were to buy it and try and push it it would flop.
