this dude was a reality tv scrub that actually tried to pursue his dream, so many people would have quit from all of the shit this guy had to go through, the hazing from everybody, knowing so many people want and expect you to fail, the actual physical toll that travel and wrestling takes on you - so many people have stepped away, gotten taken out by injury, or simply can't handle the grind, while this guy is still out there still getting reactions and living his dream instead of settling as an mtv has-been running the reality show circuit, which is what he would be doing if he actually didn't take a risk in his life.

Meanwhile someone like Will Ospreay has earned less lifetime than Miz, has less white children, less of his own children and more spinal injuries and brain damage while being almost 2 decades younger.

There are not enough guys in the biz like Mike who are humble, do whatever you ask them to, have no issues putting other people over, and know their place on the show and do that very well. He may not have spectacular matches, but they get the job done and you know he won’t hurt anyone and will do what he can to make the other guy look good. He’s perfect as a midcard stepping stone. Jay White, unironically, wouldve looked and been a bigger star after working with Miz. He’d be lucky there’s a guy in the company who would give him that rub.

He was a good Saturday morning cartoon villain for Cena to defeat and he’s had genuinely good matches and promos you can’t take that away from him no matter what- is he great? No?- is he good?
