Here's my shoot diet.
Breakfast:
3 large cappuccinos. If that counts.
I have them across the afternoon.
There is no lunch.
Dinner:
450gr of Chinese food, not in the microwave
OR
1 rack of spareribs, ready marinated, heated up in the oven
Some days I have no snack, I'm cutting those.
Other days I have 125-250gr of sausage, 2 slices of ham and cheese stacked like a sandwich, and maybe 2 chocolate chip cookies OR up to half a bag of crisps, it's a 150gr bag.
Now I think about it, the way it's still categorised in meals, maybe dinner should be called lunch and snacks should be called dinner, since I do have that on 1 plate.
Besides the cappuccinos I only drink water.
RARELY, I'll have 1 strong drink to remind me that alcohol is a disinfectant too. Cleansing the pipes as it were.
No I'm not healthy. I'm not trying to be. It's not your problem.
It's a hold over from when I cycled an hour every day, before lockdown and before a sequence of back injuries cucked me.
Dealing with scurvy now. I know. Lockdown and family trouble were very distracting.
