People always forget that a victim doesn't have to press charges for prosecution to take place. You can say you don't want to press charges and charges can still be brought against someone. This is to avoid people intimidating others. He's not THAT rich. He only made $250-300k per fight in the UFC, though he claims it was really millions over the years with residuals. Likely somewhere in the middle. He made peanuts in PRIDE until the very end.

Their purses looked decent until you back out taxes (30-50%), agent fees (10-20%), training fees, living fees, etc. Even when they were clearing $100-200k with to show/win bonuses, top billed MMA fighters up until 2014-15 really didn't make a lot of money per fight, and most had second jobs (Rich Franklin was a teacher, Frank Mir and Tim Sylvia were bouncers, Stipe was a firefighter, etc. despite showing earnings in excess of $200-500k a year).

You're extremely lucky if you end up with half a fight purse when it's all said and done. Sponsorships took a massive hit when Dana banned fighters from mentioning them in the ring around 05-06 so outside money has been peanuts unless you're a top guy. Dana does pay bonuses under the table but you're still losing an astronomical amount of that money to taxes.

If you watch his streams, Rampage doesn't live in a very lavish home nor does he have a very lavish lifestyle. He's already paid out some settlements over the years too cause of his shenanigans.
