A bit of an exaggeration. I don’t think UWF ever even managed to get a thousand people into a building. This was a PPV with somewhat established stars in a 17k seated arena.

UWF didn't have 3 generations of people sick of a WWE monopoly and wanting an alternative. UWF didn't have 2 generations of WWE fans who grew up expecting the least of their wrestling.
