start setting alarms. it's more about waking up at a certain time. that's what sets your circadian rythym.

i'm currently going to sleep at noon, and waking up at 8pm. i don't know how to stop.
i try to sleep earlier and body just treats it like a nap and then I'm up even later.
previously it was sleeping at 6am and waking up at 3pm or whatever and I tried sleeping earlier and it was "oh, nap? let's stay up later lmao"
melatonin nor alarms help.
