start setting alarms. it's more about waking up at a certain time. that's what sets your circadian rythym.

Whenever I use alarms I end up stressing myself trying to get as much sleep as possible before the alarm goes off and end up taking longer to sleep and also waking up before the alarm every time lol. I might set a bed time alarm tho

robots pls help.
i'm currently going to sleep at noon, and waking up at 8pm. i don't know how to stop.
i try to sleep earlier and body just treats it like a nap and then I'm up even later.
previously it was sleeping at 6am and waking up at 3pm or whatever and I tried sleeping earlier and it was "oh, nap? let's stay up later lmao"
melatonin nor alarms help.
