I keep breaking down in tears over nothing. It's happened six days in a row now. Anyone else had this happen to them, how did you fix it? I won't go to therapy/psychiatry, so don't bother suggesting that.

My rationalization is you are probably starting to feel safe enough to cry, grew up on a shitty area near gang violence, never had anyone to trust, just me for my whole life. i was always a rock emotionally, no crying, no bitching, just doing what i could to progress. Finally moved out of that shithole six months ago when turned 19, lately i've been crying quite a bit, way more these past 6 months than i've done in 18 years, my case was a lot of supressed mourning, anger and sadness, yours might be different, i recommend looking into yourself, forcing yourself into asking why's and pushing deeper.

Maybe it's because of the shame you're hiding , pick-related?
