how do you anons deal with boredom

i pace around my apartment for hours straight and create entire universes in my head
i probably walk like 10 miles a day just doing circuits in my room

There's always stuff for me to find to do. Sometimes I get the depressive feels like what's the point, I don't enjoy this, etc. but I mostly let those thoughts pass by. I will say it helps to find something that you can be 'good' at like a sport or competitive video game

Go through the motions. Doing anything even remotely construed as productive is better than nothing. There are scientific papers being published daily - read one of those.
