Well to be fair, you didn't actually fall in love with an anon. You fell in love with a idealized fantasy perception that you have projected onto anonymous posts on an image board. You don't know this person's name, what they look like, their age, and you probably can't even be sure that all the posts you attribute to your fantasy anon were even written by the same person.

If you accept that your fantasy anon is just that, a fantasy that was never real it will be easier for you to move on and try and form a relationship with someone attainable in the real world. Good luck OP.
