i feel like nofap gives excess attention. so you have more at your disposal. but if you use it to ruminate or be anxious then postfapping will feel relaxing. i can relate and do the same.
the same analogy kinda works for antipsychotic meds. they just lower the ceiling on your general awareness so you cant spec fully into psychotic bullshit
