I'm obsessed with wrists, hands and arms (not in a weird way I promise).

I've collected allot of hand pics from other anons on here, mostly from soc & a few from r9k.

Im a 1 and have always hated it. Feels like you cant even wear a watch with wrists like these. Ive been working out and focusing a lot of forearms and all its done is made the wrists more noticeable. The taper from wrist to forearm is huge. Been doing dead hangs and all this shit but you make bone grow. Last thing I do is I hit a bag bare knuckles and do strikes with the sides of my wrists. This has actually made my hands a bit thicker but the wrists remain the same.
Please, is there some gym bro that knows the secret to wrist growth. Ill take half an inch of growth.

This is dumb. As a kid we did this. If you could wrap one hand over your wrist it meant you would have 1 kid. Go down a couple inchs and do it again and you would have 2 kids. A couple more and you would have 3 kids.

Basically, if you were fat it meant you were ugly and wouldn't have any kids.
