Angry at self and lost control

Still not sure if I want to cancel the appointment, since I'll be showing up with very visible bruises on my face and head. I might just go and try lying about it if they ask. If I cancel now, there's probably a fee this late, and it took me forever to get this appointment... It's not with an actual doctor, just imaging for a sports injury. Maybe they won't even care.

I took w bus there and had fun listening to music and also I got some popeyes, never had them before, it was alright, their fries are very tasty

The Popeyes chicken sandwich is really good, I haven't had one in ages since there aren't any near where I live now.
And yeah, since the appointment is for a possible running tendon injury, I can plausibly say I tripped and fell while running and landed on my face. I'm actually not supposed to be running at all until we know what this injury is, but I have been anyway. Not sure how believable that story will be, but it will have to do...

hm, eyes and face are pretty protected while falling, but if you said you ran into another runner or a biker I think that's pretty believable

But I've basically slept my whole rest of the day away. My meds make me SO tired arggggghhhhh

Yeah it sucks when multiple unrelated things don't go well. Can feel like the entire universe is plotting something against you.
But most of the time it really just is a stupid coincidence. Don't think to much into it and just try to make the best out of your situation.

I sadly have no idea what you're goin through, so all my advice will just sound very broad and unspecific.
Try not to blame anyone for your problems, not yourself, not somebody else. Just try to focus to make the best of things as you can. Not saying that it'll be easy, or that it will it work out at all. But trying is all we can.
And if you just try, and even if you fail, to make your situation better, then I think you did a good job already.

i am not sure about going into detail, about the things that went wrong, but for example my car is broken for the past week, meaning that i get less sleep to be in time, and im so FUCKING stressed out, but that is just one thing.


if i would have to say ONE thing i hate the most, it would be me, the feeling that there is nothing, not a single thing that i am good at, where i can just be like... yea im atleast good at that, i can always do that right, BUT NOOO FUCK ME I CANT DO ANYTHING.

i jsut feel sad, i cant do anythging, noone is proud of me, i cant be proud of me, i cant do anything, and into all this shit im trying to stop cutting. its so fucking difficult.

Had to take my car mechanic too this week, brakes were acting funny.

Don't worry too much about being good at something, only so many people can be "the best".

I'm also "bad" at the things I enjoy the most in my life atm.
I'm not strong but I enjoy exercising, I'm not good at videogames but I still play them and have fun, I'm not smart but will still try to enjoy literature.

What is important is living for yourself, enjoying what you do, regardless of if you're "good" at it or what other people might think. Do what you like, and save some for tomorrow if you can.
