j get that, and I feel that a lot too. I guess mainly if nothing has changed that makes you want to stop, you feel like there's no reason to stop. I've very recently actually started to want to get better. but that's only cause I got a friend. I guess best thing you could do is work on yourself and give yourself a reason no matter what it is to get better for that.
