to get good it will take as long as you're willing to work daily, and how efficiently. If you draw every other day, for an hour a day, and you aren't studying, just drawing mindlessly, you'll probably be dog shit for life. If you draw every day, for 8 hours, and you're studying deeply for the duration of those 8 hours, you will be an expert in 5 years. Oh well. you just have to draw a lot. I'm still terrible, but I was able to draw pic related after doing a bunch of loomis heads. I didn't really use a reference besides to remember the details of their faces, but it's not a direct copy of any particular frame from the movie
