I stopped using this board for a few months and only came back recently but it's honestly just as bad as it used to be. The only moment when it somewhat improved was when 4chan came back after mods and jannies got doxed (BBC threads completely stopped and there were way less bait threads). The reason why this board went to shit in the first place is precisely because of the tranny mods who actively try to get the incels here to kill themselves (they banned any and all Christmas threads last year for one (and as the doxed proved, they were actively posting bait and BBC)).
There used to be funny threads, there used to be blackpilled 'bait' threads (which barely should count as bait as most people would agree). This is just one of the low quality ones that would get posted often here a few years ago. And, like I said, the only reason why you complain about it now is because the board has been so shit for at the very least two years that you put this post made an incel (or incel adjacent anon) in the same bag as the ones that have actively ruined the board.
Most of the people who derail threads are normalfags (most likely trannies) or trannies (speaking from experience, the only times I ever got into arguments with guys were when I was making a thread that had nothing to do with blackpilling stuff).
tldr: this kinda of thread has always excited and in no way threatens the survival of r9k as a funny, sometimes serious incel board. It only now appears like it does in relation to the real poison that has taken over the website
