Going to mirror what other anons have said, but it's bad as a male. I have had some nice conversations with some girls, but a lot of them have severe personality issues (BPD, avoidant attachment, etc.) that make it very difficult. Also a lot of them are just addicted to the validation of dating apps which is bad news if you're trying to form a serious connection. I do have one (1) female friend I met from duo at least.

I actually did get replies to intros relatively often.
Thing is the girls on there are all chatting with like 30 guys simultaniously, so even if she accepts your intro, chances are you might only get a dry one sentence reply every other hour or so, because she's constantly cycling through a dozen different chats and doesn't really have time for anyone individually.

Basically from what I've seen its just an app where bpd foids can get their daily attention fix from a bunch of strangers.
