I have pectus carinatum and was a lifeguard. No one cared about my funny pigeon chest. If wheelchair people (they're cyborgs) are brave enough to go outside then you can muster the courage to let people sometimes see your fucked up sternum.

Fr I also got pectus excavatum and nobody cares. It's funny imo, a lot of people get surprised when they see it but that's it.

My brother in christ, i'm covered almost entirely from my neck to my feet in psoriasis, and i've also got a deformed chest as well.
If my ass can go out shirtless to the pool or beach (as being shirtless anywhere else is trashy as fuck no matter how you look), you can too. Who gives a fucking shit about making normies uncomfortable?

It's a clear disadvantage, internal organs are compromised. Muscle formation is impeded and may hurt to use. If you think this is just cosmetic, you are a fool. They also thought corsets were ok in Victorian era, but the reduced life expectancy of the practice is well documented today.

When I was a kid at the pool there was a little wooden bridge where I did pullups while older girl and what I assume was her boyfriend were passing by and she was like "oh my god look" and I then I was remined of my chest which made me feel like shit because the only difference between that dumb hoe and other people is that usually people keep that type of shit to themselves or try not to talk about it around you. You may not give a fuck but other people do and they see you as deformed and only after the superego kicks in do they start to pity you.
