You shouldn't worry about things you have no control over and no power to change.

No, it's fearmonger propaganda that continually gets disproven. There's a lot of money and control granted by convincing idiots that they're going to die unless you do what they say.

you should be worried about things that change in your own life. humans have literally evolved to deal with "muh climate" and this meme comes from environmental scientists who are among the biggest fucking retards in any profession on earth.

Guys. You know how there's always an ice age coming and it kills a lot of people? What if global warming *saves* us from the coming ice age? Like all this greenhouse gas is like putting a comfort on the earth before a really harsh winter?

at least an ice age is survivable
a runaway greenhouse effect would turn earth into venus 2.0 which would suck

they were survivable when our ancestors just burrowed into the ground. the problem is that we're thinking about things that may happen in a morbillion years that have never happened on earth before. it's just the latest iteration of biblical prophecy slop which may or may not come true but has no impact on your life.

Why is Koch funded libertarian think tank content any less legitimate then stuff funded by the Ford Foundation, or some Soros affiliate?
I see the Ford Foundation sponsoring old PBS documentaries all the time

This is an example of what indoctrinated retards will do or say when confronted with facts that don't fit their programming, they will say words they do not understand with no sources and attempt to demonize the source of the facts instead of actually argue against any facts.

It's a pretty powerful litmus test, you can see in real time people avoiding the subject and trying to discredit the source of the facts instead of argue against them (as they cannot, since they're wrong)

They keep screaming about this, yet do nothing to stop it. They do keep trying to tax people more, though.
So I'm inclined to believe it's either not happening or there's nothing we can do. Either way, not my problem.

According to most climate change scientists, it's already too late, so there's no sense in worrying about something we can't change.
With that said, I still try to keep my carbon footprint down. It's insignificant in the grand scheme of things, but at least I think I did what I could.
I suppose if you want, you could protest these companies or try to start a movement, but I doubt you'll get too far. If you want to try, power to you, and I wish you the best of luck.
