From what little I've heard him talk about incels explicitly, he's been very sympathetic. He of course underlines the importance of accountability and the need for hard work in such a situation, but he also was very empathetic. He even cried on Piers Morgan over how horrible incels' plight is. Maybe it doesn't mean much, because he cries a lot, but it was still touching, demonstrating empathy and compassion. But that was quite a while ago, so maybe he's changed his tune since then.
