Academia, Human Resources, and mainstream media spent years talking about getting rid of whiteness. How do you get rid of whiteness without getting rid of white people? Hitler talked about removing Jewishness, the Jews didn't survive his attempts to do that. And if he talked about removing Blackness you can guarantee there would be some dead blacks. But when it comes to removing whiteness we don't connect those dots.
