I understand this, but I think you should at least get some wet wipes or a warm wet rag and get your pits, privates and other problem areas. And you should still shower every 3 days at least, regardless of if you go outside or not. AND even if you're not socializing at all, you should still go outside, even if just for a walk, that would, at the very least, give you an excuse to shower afterwards.
