Depends on the person i guess. Same can be said about alcohol i think.
I have never done them so i don't know. But i think it is kinda weird that even after a court took a look at it it wasn't immediately banned like many other substances in my country. You don't even get opioids to dull the pain after surgery but the biggest hurdle between you and kratom seems stores not supporting paypal.

As someone with no prior opioid experience, kratom has been pretty comfy for me. the effects are fairly mild, a bit of focused energy followed by mild sedation. definitely do your research before starting, as it absolutely can be habit forming. I would say only stick to power, no extracts/7oh products. Keep your doses spread out at least 4 hours if you want to keep your tolerance manageable, and keep the doses themselves as low as you can, for me I use 2g powder per dose mixed into water (use a shaker cup) and that has worked well for me. also, the strains are for the most part just marketing bs, don't get distracted by whatever effects they claim you will feel in their descriptions.
