I just got unironically blocked or banned whatever from the 988 suicide hotline, i started ranting i guess and got hung up on the online chat and now cant connect at all, i think im banned.

Always thought it was weird that you had to get through a menu before you ever spoke with a person. If I have a gun in my hand I'm probably going to use it before I get through the menu.

i called one time out of desperation when i was really close to suicide and started giggling the more i explained my situation because i was hyper aware of how self indulgent this was and how absurd the premise of a suicide hotline is. the operator thought i was prank calling
