Sure, I genuinely believe in you anon. You think you can't do something? So did I and everyone else you managed to do the thing we were nervous about. I'd stay up all night worrying about stuff, then I'd do it... and it would be less stressful than I previously worried.

I'm very dysfunctional, so if I can do stuff I'm nervous about, you can too. It might even be a somewhat pleasant experience.
