What's the point of anything? Seriously, ask yourself this. Because in the end, all is vanity. The most powerful man in the world cannot hold a candle to what is your own perception. Once you realize that nothing matters and that you can do whatever the hell you want in a meaningless world, you'll be a lot happier.

What's so bad about that? You're still living. Your capacity to make choices hasn't diminished. Even to the schizo, choices have meaning and is empowering to them. It's all relative, and happiness is internal.
Even if you're forced into assisted living, your power to make your own judgments and decisions hasn't gone away. Either accept your situation, change it if it is in your power to do so, or rebel by doing drugs. Suicide is admitting you don't understand, though I don't need to tell you that.
