The closest thing you have is being loved for an immutable quality such as being a female capable of bearing children, being tall, attractive, stuff like that. If you're loved for any quality that can be taken away such as money/power/youth then it can fade. Everything is transactional, but there's nothing wrong with that.

You don't unconditionally love your bf, you are in a relationship where you exchange sex and female companionship plus the potential of a future (aka investment value) in exchange for whatever you want from him be it housing/money/food/investment value.
