I have a diagnosed mental disorder that causes my moods to fluctuate and causes me to hallucinate, I cannot choose to be happy. Once I got so paranoid and delusional I believed my cat was gonna eat my face so I put it outside of my room and put a 25lb weight in front of my bedroom door.
