I just grew up actually reading and listening to leftist ideology. I'm a white cis straight male, and for me, leftism isn't about hating myself, it's about loving everyone - including myself.

I had a half-black half-Ashkenazi friend, in middle school and high school. Usually, we never talked about politics or culture war bullshit. One time we did, and he made fun of me, when i parroted some self-hating lefty shit that i picked up. I disagreed with him at the time, but I think it made me realize that I should actually think about it some more. And when i did, it seemed very bigoted and stupid to hate Whites. I tried to get him to stop hating blacks, but I don't think that I was successful (his black dad abandoned him and his sister).

Same way I avoided becoming indoctrinated with Jewish fairy tales as my reality. I've been a critical thinker since I was 10. Propaganda is easy to spot if you spend your time thinking and investigating. All of it is dumb, lazy, and designed to create artificial peer pressure to force you to adopt it in order to "belong".

In third grade a friend of mine started a pokemon club, i was invited and for a few weeks everything was fine, until a group of annoying sporty popular kids joined and started scamming people. they would funnel in kids from younger years specifically just because they where more gullible and scam them. this resulted in pokemon getting banned because kids where going home crying after they traded their mega EXs for holographic trainer cards not realising they where scammed.

Bayblades, similar thing accept instead of trading them the newcomers bought the older bayblades which where almost unbeatable with the newer bayblades, ruining the fun for everyone who didnt buy the older ones.

the next year we played a war game in the forest behind the school, at first it was fun until more people joined, the goals of both sides changed, causing people to change sides, and after that it just got boring because people kept changing sides. eventually and actual fight broke out and the teachers shut the whole game down.

eighth grade, i joined a table with a few guys and mostly girls, we gatekept the group and for a few months it was perfect and i even started getting close with a girl i liked. Next year more people where allowed to join, those people then kicked me and most of the original founders out of the table and that golden age never came back.

finally, Anime. I've been watching it since I was 8 years old and since the covid pandemic the community has been filled with normalfags that try to police everything.

Those are the four most egregious cases, but through my entire life ive been finding niche communities, getting attached to them, only for them to be invaded by annoying faggots and ruined. Im so fed but that at this point anyone who is not in my immediate circle with simmilar interests i immediatly dislike them.

I didn't. I was raised in an all female household, almost all my teachers were women. Told Women are pretty much incarnations of Gaia, don't even do anything to them or you are going to jail then hell.
