Switch to Rehabilitative instead of punitive justice

The white Eurocentric culture makes it it's mission to tear down the Black ego with Eurocentric propaganda from art to media. They also destroy Black leaders through subterfuge or outright assassination.
Ditch judeo Christian theology for something more nuanced and spirituality based like Afro centric Pantheons or Buddhism/Some eastern philosophy.
What the Black community needs most is a decentralized net of communication and structure that can't be subverted if the CIA(white males) decide they want to pay some local gang(the nation of Islam) to assassinate Black leadership. So even if they do kill one leader the system won't collapse into Eurocentric clutches
Also divest media and black dollars from white culture
The Black population has an economic influence of a trillion dollars and we simply give it to a culture that hates and demeans us.
