cocoa flavanol, elderberry, omega-3, ag1, and creatine. Feverfew if you suffer migraines.

Lunges with kettlebells.

Calf raises with kettlebell strapped to foot.

Pull ups and chin ups. Use resistance bands until you can lift yourself.

10 min of praising the sun in direct sunlight every day.
