We live in a (zero trust) society, so of course nicities are transactional. The culture in the west, particularly puritian culture, was made to ultimately undermine the value of the social contract to the point where everyone is sus of everyone else and you end up distrusting your own perspectives of the world and go full schizo.
You have to make yourself approachable, which to women means a touch queered up and "habitually nice", as though you are ultimately nice or romantic or good by how you were raised. If your dad was a schmuck or a cuck, you will know what not to fuck with, just don't be him. If you didn't have a dad, then basically be the opposite of whatever is banging your mom every other week and you'll find something to target as a masculine benchmark. If you had a dad and he was a Chad, be like your dad.
