Truth be told autistic men don't have any bargaining power in the dating scene. In the best case scenario you'll get some dumpy smelly next girlfriend in the most likely scenario you'll get less than nothing. Autism is the biggest hindrance in your ability to get a girlfriend and not looks. Of course not all autistic males will struggle but the vast majority will. That's not meant to be demoralizing in any way and I'm not encouraging you to give up but the fact is that you will have to try a hundred times harder than your average normgroid to get a girlfriend and in many cases even when you try your hardest you are not enough but do you think that mr normgroid even knows what the word try means? Good things just happen to them, the only one who has to try is you. Even if you grow up to be a somewhat functional normal adult the damage from years of social exclusion has already caused plenty of damage. You will always question people's intentions and the worst part is you did nothing to deserve any of this. It's completely undeserved but yet you have to accept that life gave you that one in a hundred chance of being autistic.
