Why do women love office jobs?

Office jobs are like this for men and women. Some days you get almost no work and have to pretend to be busy. Sometimes you're swamped with work all week. It doesn't just come in at a nice smooth stream just because you're a man.
Office jobs almost always pay more per hour, have better benefits, more job security long-term, have no risk to bodily harm short-term or long-term, etc. Basically everyone would prefer an office job.

I seriously can't keep up in office jobs. I do the work and then realize all the normies have been playing politics all day instead of working and I'm at best a pawn in their games or a target or someone to dump their work on. If you can't swim with these creatures best to find self employment

Honestly I think society needs more mothers and less office workers

I have an office job (cost control for a 3bn construction project) and i have to stay up until 3 AM sometimes. Also I get yelled at. I must be doing something wrong.

Revealing your power level is what you did wrong. You want to do just enough to keep your job but not so much you become important and relied on by coworkers and management. That's how you remain employed while flying under the radar. Don't go above and beyond, all that gets you is more work for the same pay.
